Fluorescence Illumination

Olympus laser systems consisting of
  • 405 nm diode laser, max. power: 100 mW
  • 488 nm diode-pumped solid state laser, max. power 150 mW
  • 561 nm diode-pumped solid state laser, max. power 150 mW
  • 640 nm diode laser, max. power: 140 mW
All laser are coupled into single-mode optical fibers which are connected to the Olympus 4-Line TIRF condenser. Shuttering and attenuation can be performed in real-time via software.
