Dongle-Server

The Department of Biology is providing a dongle server to run software on different computers which are licenced via a USB-dongle. To use protected software via the network a client (SEH UTN Manager) must be installed on the computer, via which the corresponding dongle is activated and released again after use. If the dongle is activated via the client, the corresponding software can be installed/used as if the dongle were inserted in the user's own computer.

• FlowJo (single cell flow cytometry analysis)
• SymPhoTime (Picoquant's software for FLIM and FCS analysis)
• Thermo-Fisher Attune (cytometry analysis), Microbiology division
• Leica LAS AF (image analysis and visualization from Leica LSM SP5), Microbiology division
