General guidelines

Booking of the microcope before usage is obligatory.
Do not book a microscope for more than 4 weeks in advance.
Do not book complete days if it is not necassary.
You are responsible for the microscope during the booked session.
Leave the microscope in an appropriate fashion (hopefully as you have found it). Clean the microscope (objectives, stage, etc.) if necessary.
Inform us as soon as possible if any hardware was damaged or irreversibly contaminated (objectives, filters, lasers, etc.)
Make a microscope logbook entry, and list any observed deviation from normal operation
Delete your booking if you will not use your slot. In case of the last booking on the day, switch off the entire system.
